Digital Marketing Head

This incumbent is expected to take charge of the most critical department of the company. We are looking for a creative leader who can set up the digital marketing function from scratch with the ultimate objective of lead generation. It is all about leads, leads and more leads for the sales team to consume. The incumbent’s key responsibility areas with a clear objective of generating leads would be:

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Managing the redesign of the company website
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

Plant Head : To partner with the Leadership team for effectively delivering results through people strategy. Closely coordinating with all key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient deliverables and performance levels. Will have all departmental Heads ( Production, Production, Packaging, Logistics, Engineering, EHS, Business Excellence, Stores) reporting into the position. The plant has a total hedcount exceeding 1000#

KRAs :

  • Develop and manage the strategies, plans and budgets as agreed to achieve the organizational and financial objectives of the company
  • To ensure good people management practices in line with the Company's strategic HR policies
  • Ensure that the key roles are staffed with people who can effectively undertake their roles in the business and that the roles are clearly defined and understood and all personnel are motivated and developed to achieve the business objectives
  • Provide a customer focused approach throughout the Company; building and maintaining the contacts necessary for the future development of the business, proactively promoting the Company
  • Effectively manage manpower planning, production planning, stock management. instrumentation calibration, plant modifications and develop innovative systems and processes utilizing all available technologies
  • To realize the quality and safety Policy of the company in the Plant
  • Planning, Organizing and managing the technical and economical aspects of the Plant
  • To manage through the designated officials and the workforce in the Plant and achieve optimum utilization of all resources and the highest standards of safety
  • Act as the face of the organization to external parties and customers
  • To act as the Factory Manager of the Plant under the Factories Act
  • To comply with all the statutory requirements with respect to Excise, Labor, ESIC, PF and
  • Factories act and to co-ordinate with respective agencies
